2. Trademarks and Branding

"BleuByte", "BleuBus", "BleuHotel", the BleuByte logo, and related product icons are trademarks and brand identifiers of BleuByte. 3. Permitted Limited License for Website Visitors

BleuByte grants visitors a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access, view, and read the materials on this website strictly for personal or internal business evaluation.

4. Client Deliverables & Custom Code Ownership

For custom engineering clients, ownership of final source code, custom algorithms, and UI assets created for the client is transferred strictly pursuant to the terms of the executed Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW), contingent upon full payment of all contracted invoices.

BleuByte retains perpetual ownership of its foundational frameworks, open-source packages, and reusable software components used during development.

Our website and technology stack utilize several open-source libraries and CDN-delivered assets (e.g., Bootstrap 5, FontAwesome, jQuery, Swiper.js, AOS). These packages are distributed under their respective permissive open-source licenses (such as MIT, Apache 2.0, or SIL OFL). BleuByte claims no ownership over third-party open-source components.

By submitting a comment on our blog or providing suggestions regarding our services, you grant BleuByte a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to display, publish, and moderate that comment on our website.
