Welcome to BleuByte. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website and bus ticket booking services operated by BleuByte.
By accessing or using our services, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement under Indian law. If you are under 18, you may use our services only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
To access certain features of our platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
All bookings made through our platform are subject to ticket availability and route schedules. A booking is considered confirmed only after the successful receipt of payment and the issuance of a booking reference number and e-ticket. You must verify all booking details (date, time, source, destination, seat selection) before completing the transaction.
All ticket prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. BleuByte does not store credit/debit card numbers or passwords on its servers. We are not responsible for any transaction failures or unauthorized card usage on third-party sites.
BleuByte reserves the right to refuse boarding to any passenger who is under the influence of alcohol, acts in a disorderly or threatening manner, or fails to produce a valid ticket and ID. The driver and coach crew have full authority to enforce onboard discipline and safety protocols.
While we strive to maintain scheduled timings, departures and arrivals may be delayed or cancelled due to traffic, weather, road construction, vehicle breakdown, or other unforeseen events. BleuByte's liability in such force majeure circumstances is limited solely to offering a seat on the next available service or a refund of the ticket price.
Cancellations and refunds are governed strictly by our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy. By confirming a booking, you agree to comply with the terms and refund rates associated with your route.
All content, graphics, logos, trademarks, and software code on the BleuByte platform are the intellectual property of BleuByte and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws of India. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our website.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account and restrict your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, Indian law, or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BleuByte shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services, including loss of baggage, missed connections, personal injury, or delay, except where caused directly by our gross negligence.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted on this page with the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform constitutes your agreement to the modified Terms.
