Yes, you can cancel your booking directly from the "My Bookings" or "Cancellations" tab in your profile dashboard. Refunds will be processed based on cancellation timelines and rules defined in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Typically, UPI refunds take 2-3 business days, debit cards/net banking take 3-5 business days, and credit card refunds take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.

No, a printed copy is not mandatory. You can present the SMS booking confirmation or the e-ticket received via your email address along with a valid government photo ID to boarding agents.
