Cancellation & Refund Policy

At BleuByte, we aim to make your travel planning flexible. This policy details our guidelines regarding ticket cancellations, refund eligibility, timelines, and processing procedures for all bookings made via our platform.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued solely for bookings successfully paid for and cancelled in accordance with the timelines defined below. Taxes, convenience charges, and gateway processing fees charged at the time of booking may be non-refundable depending on bank gateway rules.

2. Cancellation Timelines and Deductions

If you cancel a booking, refund amounts are calculated dynamically based on the interval between the cancellation request and the scheduled coach departure time:

3. No-Show Policy

Passengers who fail to report at their designated boarding point before the scheduled departure time or miss the bus will be categorized as a "No-Show." No refunds or ticket rescheduling will be granted under any circumstances for No-Show passengers.

4. Processing Time for Refunds

Once a cancellation request is submitted and validated, refunds are credited back to the original payment source (credit/debit card, net banking, UPI, or wallet) through our payment gateway provider. The typical timelines are:

  • UPI Payments: 2 to 3 business days.
  • Net Banking / Debit Card: 3 to 5 business days.
  • Credit Card: 5 to 7 business days.
  • Agent Wallet Credits: Instantly upon approval.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

No refund will be processed or provided in the following cases:

  • Partial cancellation of passenger lists within a single booking, where specific seat cancellation fails to meet timelines.
  • Missed boarding due to incorrect boarding point selection or passenger delay.
  • Cancellation requested after the bus has already departed.
  • Suspension or termination of a passenger's booking due to misconduct or breach of coach rules.

6. Service Cancellations by BleuByte

If BleuByte cancels a bus service due to mechanical breakdown, road blocks, natural disasters, or administrative reasons, we will offer passengers an alternate service or process a 100% full refund of the ticket price, with no cancellation fee deductions. In such cases, the refund will be processed directly within 24 to 48 hours.
